The items I received are damaged. Can I return them?
Oh no! We’re really sorry about that.
Just send us an email with a picture of the damaged box and/ or its contents at email@example.com (no later than 7 days after you receive the box). If the items in the box are damaged/ defective, we’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost to you.
Can I exchange my box for something else?
Unfortunately each box is customised and personalised. As such, we are unable to exchange the items for anything else.
Can I cancel my order?
Items purchased on website are not eligible for cancellation.
But do let us know if we did something wrong? We'd really like a chance to fix it (firstname.lastname@example.org).
