Where does Atom and the Dot ship to? Is there a shipping fee?

We ship our items to anywhere in Malaysia, Singapore and Labuan.

Delivery fees are listed at Checkout once you've entered your shipping address.

For international shipping to other countries, please email us for the rates.

Does Atom and the Dot ship internationally?

We are testing the waters and have just introduced shipping to our brother from another mother, Singapore!!

If you’re living outside Malaysia or Singapore, and would like to try us out, drop us a note at We’ll see what we can do!

When will I receive my order?

For standard delivery, we will hand your parcel over to our courier partner within 1 to 2 working days. You should expect to receive it within:

  • Peninsular Malaysia : 2 - 5 working days
  • Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan : 5 - 10 working days
  • Singapore : 5 - 10 working days

I need my parcel urgently. Do you offer Express Shipping?

If you live within Klang Valley or Singapore, you're in luck! We offer Express Shipping, ie delivery within 1 - 2 working days for these areas. 

The items will be handed over to our courier partner within the same day or by the next working day, depending on when the order was placed.

May I pick up the items from your location directly?

Yes! You can choose to pick up the items yourself or arrange for pick up via Grab (or any other riders). Just select the Self Pickup option at Checkout. 

Our pick up location is in USJ, Subang Jaya, Selangor.

What should I do if my delivery address is wrong?

No worries. Just email us (at as soon as possible to let us know.

P/S Please check the Order Confirmation to ensure we have all the right information. If you need us to reship the box to a different address, we will need to charge you additional handling and shipping fees! No one wants that.

What should I do if the items are damaged/ defective?

Don’t panic! First things first – is the box damaged? If yes, make sure you indicate that the box is damaged when signing for the box from our courier company.

Then just send us an email with a picture of the damaged box and/ or its contents at (no later than 7 days after you receive the box). If the items in the box are damaged/ defective, we’ll replace it immediately.
